Meet Tracie Long, Susan Harris and Jen Carmen

Tracie Long, Susan Harris and Jen Carman combined have over 30 years of experience making fitness videos and teaching a variety of fitness classes. At V Health Club, in Charleston, SC, these women teach class and train members of the local community the same way they are going to train you in these innovative workouts. The combined efforts of these 3 women, along with Tim Church, Jeanne Anne Copleston and Cindy Thorp, have produced the beginning of a series of total body functional workouts using fun tools such as the stability ball, the medicine ball and rags or paper plates. Simple, fun and effective!
