"The mental & spiritual aspects of yoga have helped me in my personal life find peace, serenity & an overall contentment with my life. As a natural born athlete it's very easy to become competitive with yourself, which over time can be detrimental. Balance is the key". One of her favorite hobbies is the study of nutrition. "Understanding how the body can heal from proper nutritional support is fascinating. All my life I have placed such a strong emphasis on physical well being from exercise. Feeling the results from proper nutrition, both diet and supplementation, has been a learning experience I love to share with others."
